The free starter checklist and free account do not create a paid subscription. The paid toolkit terms below apply to purchases of the separate eight-file toolkit.
Membership and toolkit terms
The Contractor Toolkit costs $9 USD once, with no recurring charge or bid-alert subscription. All four templates are also included with a paid $19/month membership. Delivery is by email after payment verification; allow up to one business day. Contact support@contractorhubworks.com for delivery problems. Delivered templates may be kept for internal business use after cancellation; resale is not permitted.
- The subscription renews automatically at $19 USD each month until canceled.
- Briefings summarize public opportunities; availability, timing and match quality vary.
- Official solicitations control. Subscribers must verify requirements, amendments and deadlines before acting.
- The service does not provide engineering, legal, licensing or bid-compliance advice and does not guarantee contract awards.
- Content is for the subscriber’s internal business use and may not be resold or redistributed as a competing service.
Cancellation and refunds
Toolkit purchases do not renew. If files are missing, damaged, or a purchase was duplicated, contact support@contractorhubworks.com for correction or refund review. Statutory rights are unaffected.
- Cancel anytime through the secure Stripe customer portal.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; access continues until then.
- Monthly charges are generally non-refundable and are not prorated, except for duplicate or incorrect charges or where required by law.
- Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next monthly charge.
Manage subscription
Privacy policy
We receive the contact, purchase and subscription information you provide through Stripe, such as your name, email address, billing details and payment status. Stripe processes payment-card information; Contractor Hub Works does not store full card numbers.
When you email preferences or support requests, we also receive the information you include, such as service areas and trades. The free-checklist form stores your email and any name or company you provide. Company accounts store account and company membership details. Inventory records, invitations and activity are stored for your company workspace through Supabase. Your browser stores a login session so you can remain signed in. Company members can access workspace information according to their assigned permissions.
We use this information to provide bid alerts, fulfill toolkit purchases, administer subscriptions, send service messages, maintain records and prevent misuse. We may use service providers for payments, email delivery and website hosting. We do not sell personal information.
Information is retained while your subscription is active and as reasonably needed for legal, accounting and operational purposes. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing support@contractorhubworks.com, subject to lawful retention requirements. This service is intended for business users age 18 or older. Contact support for assistance with your account or data.
